The different styles of tango

Two main tango festivals are being organized each year.
Next to the festivals we have 4 international tango marathons.
Brussels tango festival
Milonga is the fast and rhythmical version of tango. The musical structure is different from tango. We use simple steps as there is less time in-between the beats of the songs.

Vals is a non-stop circular dance. We never stop and use a lot of typical movements such as giro’s. We try to avoid too many pauses.
